CBIOS receives 2 researchers from USP-Brazil to carry out a project funded by FAPESP in the field of photoprotection
O CBIOS recebeu entre 17 de Setembro e 12 de Outubro dois investigadores da Universidade de São Paulo para realização de projecto financiado pela agência brasileira FAPESP. André Baby e Rafael Sauce, sob a orientação de Catarina Rosado, desenvolveram o estudo “Eficácia antilipoperoxidativa e anti-inflamatória de protetores solares multifuncionais contendo ácido ferúlico”, tendo obtido resultados promissores que, certamente, irão permitir aumentar a eficácia desta classe de produtos cosméticos.
Between September and October 2018, CBIOS received researchers from the University of São Paulo to carry out a project financed by FAPESP. André Baby and Rafael Sauce, under the guidance of Catarina Rosado, developed the study “Antilipoperoxidative and anti-inflammatory efficacy of multifunctional sunscreens containing ferulic acid”, having obtained promising results that will certainly increase the efficacy of this class of cosmetic products.
