Lusófona joined the management committee of COST Action PIMENTO.
A Universidade Lusófona está presente em mais uma rede de cooperação europeia. A Ação COST- CA20128 Promoting Innovation of ferMENTed fOods (PIMENTO) integrou no seu Comité de Gestão a nossa docente e investigadora do CBIOS Catarina Rosado. O objetivo da rede é colocar a Europa na vanguarda em alimentos microbianos, promovendo a saúde, a diversidade regional, a produção local em diferentes escalas, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento econômico e social, bem como a soberania alimentar.
