The project “Fine-tuning TMBIM ion channel activity to control hallmarks of cancer” gets funding

This project aims at exploring the function of cancer progression-associated proteins TMBIMs, and to search for pharmacological modulators using High Performance Computing technologies. This project is funded by the 2nd edition of FCT’s Advanced Computing Projects, allowing CBIOS researchers to access supercomputing tools of the National Network for Advanced Computing.
